Submission of monitoring plan on 1st of every month to District Manager through Executive Officer (M&E).
Supervise activities of housekeeping to ensure proper cleanliness standards, maintenance of safety standards and infection control.
Ensure the proper physical verification of all record, medicine, equipments, attendance, furniture, etc at the HF and timely report of any discrepancy without fail.
Ensure the availability of Medicine, equipments, formats, charts, DHIS tools, furniture, etc at assigned Health facility.
Ensure the verification of Expiry/near expiry medicine and compliance of the prescribed protocol in this regard.
Ensure the face uplifting of the HFs and up keep of Medicine Store, lab, MO/FMO/EPI rooms, wards, residential quarters, etc.
Visit report sharing on daily basis to District Manager and Executive Officer (M&E) through SMSs, Calls and in person.
Ensure timely handing over of District Office correspondence of all kinds to the HF with proper receiving and handing back over to the concerned at District Office.
Ensure the record keeping at HF, i.e. Monthly reporting file; leave record, medicine record, HR file, all registers, etc.
Active participation in Community Support group meetings, Community health sessions and School health sessions at the assigned health facility/its catchment area at least once in a month.
Ensure the sensitization of community regarding our activities/ introducing the services, aims and objectives of the Organization. Also ensuring the maximum utilization of available health services at the HF through strong awareness sessions.
Ensure timely response to any outbreak/emergency situation at the assigned HF/catchment area by involving Medical Officer (HQ) in the activity
