Major Job responsibilities include but not limited to:
Ø  Preparation of Financial Statements in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRSs);
Ø  Implementation of Internal Controls, identifying control deficiencies, making compliance with tax & corporate laws;
Ø  Preparation and filling of monthly VAT returns;
Ø  Preparation and reconciliation of monthly & quarterly withholding statements;
Ø  Facilitating auditors in performing statutory audits as per International Standards on Auditing (ISAs);
Ø  Preparation of budgeted financial statements;
Ø  Dealing constructively with technical and personal issues, ensuring the smooth administration and conduct of engagement;
Ø  Conducting trends analysis, ratio analysis, vertical analysis and comparison with industry averages, detailed review of company budgets, cash flow forecasts (projections) and comparison with actual results and forecasts.

Major Job responsibilities include but not limited to:-Carrying assurance engagements from the Planning Stage to Conclusion;-Dealing constructively with technical and personal issues, ensuring the smooth administration and conduct of engagement;-Evaluating Internal Control systems, identifying control deficiencies, duplication, fraud or non-compliance with laws and making appropriate recommendations;-Leading various teams in external audits, internal audits and special assignments of different public listed, unlisted and private companies and NGOs;-Preparation of Separate and Consolidated Financial Statements in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRSs);-Performing statutory audits as per International Standards on Auditing (ISAs);-Conducting Company\'s financial performance analysis. This consists of trends analysis, ratio analysis, vertical analysis and comparison with industry averages. This further includes detailed review of company budgets, cash flow forecasts (projections) and comparison with actual results and forecasts to validate key management assumptions;-Recommendations in the form of Management Letter to add value to the audit;-Evaluation and compliance of treatments of Sales tax, Income Tax on financial statements during audit of financial statements;-Meetings with client for the resolution of various taxation, accounting or other issues/ matters identified during the assignment
