·       Ensure timely identification,need assessment,Technical feasibilty and  completion of construction activities related to WASH and other Community based Physical Infrastructure projects.
       preparation of BOQs, drawings & cost estimates of WASH/infrastructure projects.
·       Construction/Rehabilitation of handpumps, latrines,washing pads,sanitation,Livelihood related activities like cash for work.
Construction/Rehabilitation of gravity/pumping base water supply schemes,Tube well and Solar base Water supply schemes of PHE Department.
·       Coordination with Project Manager, wash Technical advisor and Government line Departments,as well as capacity building of communities,contacter,labors.
·       Preparation of daily, weekly, monthly progress reports.
·       Insure the quality of work and material at site.
·       Supervision of the work at site as per drawing and specification.

·       Review of project documents (construction drawings & specifications) in detail for understanding project mandate / deliverables.
·       Carry out the technical feasibility / assessment (site identification, material, labor, transportation, supplies etc) of WASH & CPI’s activities prior implementation to ensure sustainability & cost effectiveness as well as agreed time frame of project.
·       Preparation of drawings, BoQs & cost estimates of infrastructure of WASH related activities like Hand Pump, Tube well, Distribution network and toilet blocks/ Drainage system, Solar base Water supply schemes and filtration plants.
·       Analysis of construction material e.g. elemental composition, dimensions & quality etc according to drawing & specification.
·       Conducting market survey for proposed materials availability, unit rates of material/labours and provide realistic estimates of the proposed activities of WASH project.
·       Supplier selection process by evaluating the samples against specifications given in approved BOQs/estimates at field level as & when needed.
·       Meeting with sub-contractors about the construction work.
·       Submission/Preparation of weekly and monthly progress report. 

·       Supervises and participates in the construction, maintenance and repair of roads and related structures. 
·       Conducts safety meetings; road maintenance and construction staff in the proper use of heavy equipment and related tools.
·       Receives, reviews, schedules and delegates work assignments, and ensures completion of tasks in a timely manner.
·       Prepares field estimates of road materials and supplies needed for construction and repair projects. 
·       Supervises and performs a variety of road construction, maintenance and repair work, including but not limited to grading dirt and graveled roads, widening turns, widening shoulders, repairing bridges, filling ditches, reconstructing small stretches of roads, building forms, patching holes and filling cracks, repairing guard rails, cattle guards and fences, etc.

Key Duties:
·  Conduct surveys of various infrastructure projects.
·   Prepare estimates and design for various types of projects.
·   Monitoring of ongoing schemes.
·    Preparation of measurement books and bill.
·    Responsible for Implementation of the projects as per designed specification and quality control of the projects.
·    Undertake follow-up action on programmed support, contributes to teamwork building, and prepare relevant reports.
·    Assist in identification and selection of technical supplies and equipment’s.
·    Construction/Lining of Irrigation channel, Irrigation Storage tanks, Culverts, buildings, Bridges, Street pavement, Sewerage system and drainage works for Sanitation, Flood Protection walls and rural roads.

·         Key Duties:
·         Insure the quality of work and material at site.
·         Supervision of the work at site as per drawing and specification.
·         Meeting with sub-contractors about the construction work.
·          Preparation of  BOQ\'S  of building
·         Submission of progress report.
·         Verification of detail contractor Bills as per work done.
·         Daily update the Check List of construction work / activity.

           Key Duties:  
·         Checking the Layout of Permanent Shelters.
·         Insure the quality of work and material at site.
·         Supervision of the work at site as per drawing and specification.
·         Meeting with contractors about the construction work.
·         Guide the masons with diplomacy and accuracy.
