Handling of Group Business. Responsible for BAL – Bankers Blanket Insurance Policy related activities & finalization of data entry in GIS.
Reconcile tracker charges and commission booked against portfolio on monthly basis and get it signed from head of department.
Prepare monthly statement of payment to Tracker Companies in accordance with our tracker agreement.
Issuance of Motor Insurance proposals, policies and follow up after issuance.
Maintaining detailed knowledge of new and existing products by liaising with colleagues & Insures.
Determining premium.
Liaising with broker, bank, tracker companies and customer.
Ensure timely monthly closing of motor underwriting.
Any additional duty assigned by head of department.
Developing and maintaining good working relationships with clients & insurance companies.
Issuance of Motor & Health Insurance proposals, policies and follow up after issuance.
Prepare/review proposals and quotations and make sure it adapts to client needs.
Consulting on the most effective cover for a particular need.
Delivering good customer service by responding swiftly to queries and concerns from clients.
Maintaining detailed knowledge of new and existing products by liaising with colleagues & Insures.
Preparation of various reports relating to Underwriting as required by the Management.
Prepare the BRV, BPV CPV & CRV & and pass the necessary journal entries.
Bank Reconciliation Statement
Perform the ledger reconciliations as per requirement of accounts department.
Attestation of Documents.
Processing of Employment Visa and Renewal.
Processing of Employee Labour and Immigration Cards.
Arranging Visit Visa and Extensions to such Visa.
Yearly Renewal of Trade License
Resolve customer complaints via phone, email.
Greeting customers warmly and ascertaining problem or reason for calling.
Assisting with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges.
Escalating issues to line managers when necessary.
Providing information on additional products and services.
Sell products and place customer orders in the computer system.
Provide product and service information to customers.
Identify and escalate issues to supervisors.
