• Recruitment/Hiring. Conducting initial round telephonic interviews of candidates and then arranging face-to-face interviews.
• Sourcing candidates using multiple sourcing channels i.e. posting online job advertisements, newspaper advertisement, and liaison with different universities for recruitment drive.
• Maintaining Attendance for above sixty’ (60) employees both biometric attendance and manual attendance.
• Implementing /Updating HR Policies
• Performance Appraisal by 360 Degree and PACE (performance appraisal and career enhancement).
• Worked as facilitator for different Training and Development programs.
• Involved in increment, compensation, bonus and other employee benefits for the motivation of employees.
• Processing payroll, submit and reconcile expenses reports.
• Administer HR related documentation such as employment forms contract letters, Appointment letters, internship letters, confirmation letters and experience letters.
• Handling other administrative activities such as employee record maintenance, file management, staff salary management, bank accounts opening etc.
• Addressing employee problems by coordinating between employees and company higher management.
• Conducting orientation sessions for new joiners.
• Write and distribute emails correspondence memos and faxes.
• Arranging events, plan in-site and off-site activities.
