Practically Organizing and Implementing All Standards in Field QMS (9001), EMS (14001) OHSAS (18001), FSMS (22000) Propose supplier-wise prices to area manager. Identify MCC locations and negotiate rent for approval of AM. Coordinate with public and private sectors and institutes engaged in livestock development and support them. Responsible for timely milk payment to suppliers as per company payment system in order to portray a good image of EFL and build long term relationship with them. Explore and develop new milk sources as planned by MPAS for continue expansion in milk shed areas. Coordinate training programs for area staff. Responsible for proper handling and operation of all equipment has to ensure safe operation at all levels. Supervise activities of field staff. Responsible for timely availability of all consumable materials for efficient working and employee’s safety in area. Responsible for proper documentation and record keeping. Assist Area Manager in conducting surveys for finding out new pockets for EFL. Assist logistics Manager in developing transport route plan.
