► Be the central person for all HR and Admin related communication for the district.
► Handle employee grievances formally and informally, forward them to concerned department and follow up for resolution.
► Play the role of employee champion by knowing and counselling the employees as and when required.
► Maintain the HR files such as employee personal files, recruitment file, etc.
► Ensure timely submission of activity / progress reports to Senior Program officer.
► Coordinate with Senior Admin Manager to carry out the procurement tasks.
► Verify Purchase Requisition, Collect quotations, Prepare Comparative Analysis and submit the documents to Finance Department.
► To perform any other duty assigned by LRF Senior Management.
► Facilitate the process of establishment and strengthening of community based child protection system in selected communities.
► Work in the close coordination with child protection officer for capacity building of community representative, member CPCs and Children club on child issue, Health and hygiene physical humiliating punishment and importance of education.
► Strong follow ups with community representative and concerned mobilization staff for the referral cases for any referral services.
► Prepare narrative and statistical reports on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.
► Develop close coordination on field level with other support organization, undertaking regular visits to these organization and government agencies.
► Develop action plans with community representative (men, woman and children.
► Engaging community representative to take an active part in their own development.
► To lead team members in field activities and filling the questionnaires on ODK.
► Coordinate with team members and APEX management for smooth working atmosphere.
► Supporting team members and build their capacity.
► Maintain the finance book in each campaign and submit to APEX finance department.
