Quality / Production Coordinator
Responsibilities:
* Monitor and Implementation of the company quality policy.
* Implementation and monitoring of Quality Management System.
* Development and monitoring of QMS Documentation.
* Compile the rejection Report.
* Finalize the Production orders as per customer-provided details.
* Meeting with Quality and Production teams regarding daily work plans.
* Investigate the Customer Complaints.
* Define the quality parameters as per QMS and customer requirements.
* Manage the quality inspection teams.
* Monitor and follow up the production orders and get status on daily basis.
* Monitor the final quality inspection and prepare the packing List.
* Compile the whole shipment record for complaint investigation or trace back the history of the shipment
QA Coordinator
Responsibilities:
1. Implementation and monitoring of Quality Management System.
2. Development and monitoring of QMS Documentation like Travel Card, Process Flow chart, Quality Plans, and Work Instructions etc.
3. Performing Calibration of Measuring Instruments like Vernier Calliper, Screw gauge, Steel ruler, Timers, Bevel Protractors, and Sheet & wire gauges etc.
4. Assist in planning, scheduling and conducting of internal quality audits in compliance with ISO 13485, ISO 9001.
5. Performing QA Inspection of finished and ready to dispatch items.
6. Monitor and manage the Device History Record.
7. Handling of RTV,s (Receiving, Verification, Issuance )
8. Handling of Rejection Meeting (Receiving, Verification and Range the meeting)
