Sales Engineer:
Serving as Sale and Services Engineer in region's largest Channel Partners of our OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer).
Provided solution-based sales and support to Electrical, Instrumentation & Automation departments regarding Transmitters (PT, TT, Level etc.), Analyzers (pH, Moisture etc.) Flow meters (Fixed & Portable) Automatic Tank Gauging Systems, Valves (Control & On/ Off) and Calibration equipment and Software in assigned territory.
Our customers are mainly related to Process Industries, EPC Companies, Chemical & Petro Chemical Industries, Oil & Gas Exploration and Transmission Companies, Refineries, Pulp and Paper Industries and Industrial Automation firms.
Administering B2B Sales, Managing Key Accounts and Providing Technical Assistance ensuring quality and client satisfaction. Working on a Channel Management approach to reach out wider possible customers to drive sale activities.
Identify objectives, Develop strategies, Action plans for new business opportunities with new / existing customers. Also acquiring a thorough understanding of Key customer requirements and effectively communicate value delivered to them.

• Continuous feedback to the supplier for decreasing defective raw material quantity and thus paving multiple ways for better quality.
• Stock management for Clapper dyes and other consumable raw materials.
• Responsible for conducting new product trials
• Resolving run-ability issues for old and new product parameters
• Monitoring of production & downtime reports on daily basis.
• Optimization of operational parameters to maximize productivity as well as reduced waste by working on OEE, OLE, waste reduction, quality improvement, Kaizens and 5-why techniques.

o Responsible for planning and organizing the allocation of jobs for the next 48 hours to different machines and to optimize the capacity with minimum wastage and idle time.
o Receive the Internal Sales Order (ISO) from Sales team and issue Job Cards to slitting machines to meet delivery accordingly.
o To prepare machine Loading Chart for secondary slitter machines on weekly/monthly basis and cater any planned or preventive maintenance downtimes accordingly.
o Respond to all queries initiated pre casting and other related departments about production and Sales/Marketing Department with necessary technical advice about finished products.
o Forecasting of packing material on basis of order status
o To go through Slitting Section, each day, to get first-hand information as a tool for effective follow-up and get feedback of execution of planning of previous days, then circulate necessary reports for circulation to concerned departments

TRAINEE ENGINEER:
o Know-how of construction and working of 60 MW gas turbine and 70 MW steam turbine
o Know-how of Water systems and its working
o Monitoring of WAPDA and Internal meters on daily, weekly and monthly basis.
