Participate in the preparation of financial statements. Daily petty cash handling and keep accurate record. Process invoices in due consultation with DOP. Record Account payable and Receivable. Update internal systems with financial Data. Prepare monthly, Quarterly and annual financial reports. Salaries report generation. Following up with customers. Taxation matters in consultation with principal auditor Handling complaints & negotiations.
Participate in the preparation of financial statements. Filling of Monthly sales tax returns & withholding statements. Preparation of Annual income tax return and submission of return of individuals. Preparation of National tax Number. Provincial sales tax Registration (KPRA PRA SRB BRA) Preparation of payroll of the client’s entities. Reconciliation of Various ledgers. Reconciling Daily Cash and Bank Transactions. Preparing monthly accruals. Keeping record of all supporting documents.
