1. Financial Management.
• Preparation of Bank Book & Cash Book.
• Preparation of Bank payment voucher & Cash Payment vouchers.
• Petty cash management.
• Recording of cash and bank transactions.
• Handle all day-to-day Banking transactions; transfers; with drawl, etc.
• Completion of weekly and monthly bank reconciliation’s.
• Recording, Calculation and payment of withholding tax.
• Ensuring that advances are accounted for on time and any delays reported to supervisor.
• Prepare monthly finance report and submit to the supervisor.
• Preparation of staff monthly payroll.
• Any other task assigned by the supervisor.
2. Administrative Role
• Fleet Management for the field visit of the staff.
• Preparation of monthly fuel consumption report.
• Arrangements of workshops/meetings.
• Keep close liaison with the vendors and the other stake holders.
• Office repair and maintenance.
• Equipment repair and maintenance.
• Facilitate the visitors.
• Keep record of mail inward and outward.
• Any other task assigned by supervisor.
3. HR Role
• Keep & maintain the leave records of the staff.
• Keep & maintain the Time sheets of the staff.
• Keep & maintain the personal files of the staff.
• Facilitate the supervisor in recruitment and hiring process.
• Preparation of staff contracts.
• Follow up of the staff contracts and amendments.
• Any other task assigned by the supervisor.
6. Reporting
• Prepare and submit the monthly financial report to the supervisor.
• Prepare and submit the monthly admin report to the supervisor.
• Prepare and submit the monthly HR report to the supervisor.
• Prepare any report required by the supervisor.
1. To prepare CNG report on daily bases and submitting it to Director
2. Approving authority of all kind of office expense bills and employees travelling expenses
3. Hiring and firing, approval of leave applications, increments and bonus issuing authority of drivers
4. maintaining and keeping record of drivers salaries and attendance
5. Handling Local/Foreign guests (Arrangements of their accommodation, food and traveling)
