Responsibilities:
Organize, set up and optimize rice production from paddy grain till final export packing.
Observing specification and manage the specified operation of various varieties of Rice through pre set grades.
Plan the activities of production and maintenance group as per schedule (daily, weekly, monthly, etc…), monitor operations making production recoveries, maintained maintenance records and other operational reports on daily basis.
Supervise and train all supervisors and allied production staff to enhance their skills, multi tasking, team work & confidence so as to make good team.
Additional Responsibilities:
Documentation & look after HSE and Food Safety work as a MR(Management Representative) throughout Matco Plants.
To take corrective actions and suggest preventive actions against all accidents, incidents and NCs reported.
Conduct trainings and fire drills throughout the plants for safe work enhancement.
Actively involved in challenging project (husking unit installation).
Safety Stock Management required for maintenance
