Taluka Engineer
Worked on the SPHF project.
Monitored construction of houses in accordance with design and SPHF guidelines.
Monitored work of earth filling of earthen road streets per given BOQs.
Conducted the Terms of Partnership (TOPs) meetings with communities.
Led the technical (Field Engineer) team of the project at Taluka level.
Assigned responsibilities to STATs for implementation of the project.
Exercised direct supervision on performance and progress of the project regularly by observing the reports and analyzing the data.
Identified weak areas of every STAT and guided them regarding solutions.
Certified the constructed plinths and lintels.
