Under the guidance and supervision of the Board of Governors, am responsible for the overall operations of the commission i.e strategic management, efficient procurement and logistics, human resources management, administration, information technology and safety/security. I set policies and methods to maximize the commission’s performance in operations demonstrating capacity for innovation and creativity and provide advice to Senior Management on readjustment of the operations. I am responsible for the development of the commission’s operations policies and procedures and oversee high-level HR tasks including but not limited to attracting talent and setting training standards and hiring procedures. I also analyze and improve organizational processes, work to improve quality, productivity & efficiency.
Ensures strategic direction of operations i.e procurement and logistical services, human resources management, administration, information technology as well as staff/premises safety and security.
Strategic Tasks:
§ Provides technical input to contribute to the establishment of operational guidelines in alignment with Government of KP rules, regulations and policies.
