Duties:

• Mange IT Assets
• Manage Computer Software, Hardware Installation and Management.
• Troubleshoot hardware problems.
• Installation of Operating Systems like Windows (7, 8, 10 &11).
• Look after maintenance computer systems and printers and network devices.
• Troubleshoot system, diagnosing, network and solving hardware/software problems.
• Providing users access to the required shared data/application/network and internet services.


Also Do During Season:

• Responsible for smooth running of ELP System.
• Clearance of Pending Cards due to ELP Issues from Audit etc.
• Provide Data Analysis Reporting of ELP.
• Provide 24/7 Support to ELP users in Season.
• Provide Training to Sugar Cane User and coordinates with user in case any Query.
• Responsible for smooth running Sugarcane Accounting system and its integration with ELP
• Provide orientation to new users of existing technology.
• Provide individual training and support on request.
• Provide recommendations about accessing information and support.
• Maintain current and accurate inventory of technology hardware, software and resources.
• Work as a tester and trainer of new in house ELP.
