• Support to finalize the mapping of fauna & Flora of Tharparkar.
• Collect previous analysed data of different parameters of listed fauna & Flora.
• Provide references will be newly identified and not be older than 10 years
• Provide comprehensive compiled data of already tested results against each samples of plants from various sources with valid references.
• Collection of samples from the field with applicable lab methods
• Proper handling of samples, packing, labelling of samples
• Coordination meetings with Academia, research and extension departments at provincial and national level.

• Lead and manage the nutrition interventions of the organization
• Program development strategies about food security and nutrition of the organization.
• Provide technical leadership, technical support and guidance to implementing and operational of a nutrition component of different project.

• Assess and build technical capacity of the organization through conducting training on inclusion of nutrition and food security into cross cutting issues such as HIV/AIDS.
• Assess the training needs of nutrition and develop a training programme to meet these needs and support.

SKILLS AND COMPETENCE:  Intermediate or Bachelors with 1 to 2 years relevant working experience  Ability to work in a complex environment with multiple tasks, short deadlines and intense pressure to perform.  Community mobilization skills.  Problem solving ability.  Knowledge of local languages (Sindhi and Thari) coupled with acquaintance with culture will be preferred. -

Maintained weekly reports about the election activities of different parties and sent to Fafen Secretariat, Project Manager and Observer District Coordinator (ODC). • Remained in contact with FAFEN secretariat, Project Manager, ODC (Observer District Coordinator), DRO (District Returning Officer and RO (Returning Officer) and to discuss about the changing situation of election processes and about the accreditations cards of PSO(Polling Station Observer) and MOs( Mobile Observer) of NA-227 constituency. • Conducted community workshops for awareness about the election process and selection of good leader. • Trained the 60 PSO (Poling Station Observer) and 9 MO (Mobile observer) through trainings.
