Work with production planning team and produce dispatch and packing plan.
 Resolve daily dispatch issues take follow up till material delivered to the customer.
 Provides logistics plan to ware house team with supervision.
 Responsible for vehicle arrangement for raw material and finish goods.
 Responsible to in bound and dispatch material as per customer requirement.
 Co-ordinate with sales team for job’s delivery priority.
 Maintaining FIFO with KPI.
 Handle CRM (customer return material) and responsible to resend after reworking.
 Visit to customers for complains and fixing quires.
 Worked with projects, P&G, CPPL, Engro Foods, Ismail industries, Unilever, Ontex Pakistan, and Nestle.
 Responsible for ordering the material for production team about projects.
 Maintain Inventory as per forecast.
 Work with QA department comprises Packing performance & dispatch process and solve customer
issues.
 Responsible to make delivery schedule with customer and dispatch required material to customer on
their demands and requirement.

Work with operations team and handle all couriers of TCS central area Karachi. Including overland
logistics sentiments banking reports couriers, bulk and express.
 Work with Operation Team dealing incoming pending shipments.
 Make sure the delivery of shipments for up-city and Karachi Central Area in bulk division.
 Work with Projects on Engro, Soneri, SCB & EFU handling with all mails and dispatches.
 Work with QA department comprises Courier performance & dispatch process and solve customer
issues.
 Work with MMS (Mail Management Solution) comprises quality checks on printing, stuffing & sorting
forwarding of bulk shipments.
 Support Admin for operating supplies like glue, paper, machine parts, general stationeries etc.
