1. Supervision of construction execution of all activities of buildings &   Infrastructure works through strongly coordinated site team strictly in     accordance with approved drawings, design and specifications.
2. To check and confirm that the design drainage is compatible with the actual    site condition and coordinate with the designer in this regard.
3. To prepare and submit proposals for any changes required in design as per the requirement of site.
4. To conduct progress review meetings with the contractor and ensure that the progress and allotted resources of the project stays as per schedule and rectify the deficiencies and give suggestions and recommendations for the improvement of quality and progress.
5. Checking and issuing necessary approvals regarding work at site and material to be used in the construction.
6. Checking the bills submitted by the contractors for the ongoing works and making releases as per the work done.
7. Draft letters to the client and contractors as per requirement of the project.
8. Working closely with the staff of client and contractors to foster professional values and build good relations.
9. Monitor and perform activities at all stages of the project, ensuring effective implementation of all the procedures in accordance with Project Quality Plan.
10. To issue site instruction (SI) and non-compliance reports (NCRs) in case of violations.
11. Ensuring project runs smoothly and is completed within budget and on time.

1. Supervision of all the construction activities of the Buildings and Switchyard.
2. Working closely with staff to foster professional values and build good relations.
3. Preparation of weekly and Monthly Progress Reports to monitor progress.
4. Raising Measurement sheets & Invoices as per amount to work done.    
5. Preparation of bar bending schedules of Buildings and different foundations.
6. Preparation of Contractors and sub-contractors bills.
7. Material testing on site and report writing from lab test results.
8. Management of required material and resources at site.
9. Preparation of Agendas and minutes of meetings with the Client & Consultant
10. Follow-up of pending issues with designers and the consultant.
11. Submitting of proposed drawings of Building & different Foundations and getting approval of drawings from the client NTDC.
12. Coordinating with Construction Manager & junior Engineers on site to ensure  the quality and progress of work.
13. Monitor and perform activities at all stages of the project, ensuring effective       implementation of all the procedures in accordance with Project Quality Plan.

1. Supervision of pilling, pile caps, piers, transoms and girders. 
2. Supervision of pile load test from load until unloading phase.
3. Inspection of steel detailing as per approved drawing.
4. Post-tensioning of girders and deck concreting.
5. Implementing the HSE standards at the construction site.
6. Training of contractor\'s staff to achieve quality goals.
7. Maintain records of inspections and work executed etc.
8. Ensuring QA/QC procedures as per contract.
9. To make sure designs are applied correctly.
10. Preparation of snag lists and ensure proper working on it.

1. Planning for daily activities and discussing with the Project Manager.
2. Supporting construction manager for preparation of method statements.
3. Preparing daily accomplished quantities for QS and managing site activities.
4. Coordinating and dealing with consultant\'s staff to ensure smooth inspections.
5. Reporting to the project manager for the daily progress of work. 
6. Maintain the daily progress and set up the targets schedule.
7. Attending weekly steering committee meetings to discuss construction issues.
8. Recommending alternate economical ways, solutions and appropriate actions to be taken.
