Prepare weekly and monthly HSE safety performance measurement reports. Responsible for Client correspondence for daily base issues and close out of safety observations/violations. Maintaining and assessing SDS of various chemicals used. Inspection of Power tools, House Keeping, unsafe condition, unsafe act, welfare facilities. Attending HSE meetings with client and discussing the HSE structure to be implemented. Fall protection awareness and use of safety harness Scaffolding inspection and ensure that they are made as per applicable standards and specification. Participation in, and coordination of, HSE meeting. Oversee implementation of operational system and procedures to include, but not to be limited to Permit to work, Lock Out/Tag Out system, and Hazardous chemical- MSDS, PPE system, H2S awareness, Induction to new employees and other training activities. Investigate incidents / accidents /near miss and advice action necessary to the company management. Create and sustain a good HSE practice & awareness amongst all employees by conducting safety discussions Identify related hazard and preventing measures as per client safety procedures. Make certain that the organization provides the workers the necessary gears and safety costumes while performing functions. To perform all other functions and responsibilities relative to the HSE which is assigned by the HSE Manager. To keep abreast with new laws, directives & standards and other development in the field of Safety. Scaffolding safe procedure, avoid falls from heights.
