Rate Analysis.

The Residential & Office Buildings at Head Marala for Sinotec (Chinese Contractor) for remodeling Project of Marala Head Works District Sialkot. This assignment was carried out on the orders of the Civil Court in matter of Dispute between Subcontractor and Main Contractor.
 
As built measurements of works of Parliamentarian Lodges (Government of Sindh) Tower No. 3 for the purpose of final account statement of the Contractor.
 
As built measurements of Head office building of PMDC Islamabad for the purpose of final account in matter of Arbitration Proceedings in the Court of Law.

My Contribution





I started as Snr. Quantity Surveyor and given the Additional Charge of Planning Engineer and later on promoted as Construction Engineer and overall Incharge of the Project.
