Entry Level Industrial QA/QC Engineer with more than a year of Experience in PPRC, PVC, HDPE, Garden pipes and fittings. Prepare Daily Stock Record of Raw Materials. Perform QC Tests and Reports. Knowledge of production, planning an process of HDPE pipes and testing as per BS-6099 and DIN 8077/78. Plan and organize production, mould/die change schedule & Re-negotiate as necessary to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay. Overseeing production processes, control wastage, reworks & downtime to meet production target & timely dispatches. Maintain calibration of all test equipment.
Create and maintain control of all documentation BS-6099, DIN 8077/78 e.t.c
Making sure that products are produced on time and are of good quality.
Monitoring product standards and implementing quality control programmers.
