My major Job responsibilities include;1. Managing Incharge of all construction Projects/works from start to finish and all repair/maintenance works.2. Cross checking of Invoices and Bar Bending Schedules prepared by contractors and internal QS team before processing for payment.10. Supervision of internal QA/QC & Laboratory staff for all Site and Lab testings with special focus on relevant documentation and record keeping.11. Liaising with the group\'s HR Department to manage the manpower requirements of projects under my domain.

Provincial Head of Punjab Infrastructure Team responsible to manage all district teams & construction works for FCDO/DFID UK funded School Construction & Rehabilitation Project (SCRP), consisting construction of 4500 classrooms & 5000 Toilets in 800+ schools having worth in excess of 60 billion PKR in districts Lahore, Kasur, Faisalabad, Sialkot, Rahim Yar Khan and Muzaffargarh etc.* Head of Punjab Engineering team of 30+ graduate Engineers and 20+ national level contractors, responsible for supervision & execution of all the construction activities in the respective districts.* Site visits, assessment of necessary works, BOQ preparation and all relevant documentation for Rehab works in existing buildings.* Design and execution of Sewerage and Drainage systems in schools with special consideration to environmental aspects.* Design and execution of dedicated toilets for Disabled staff/students, including standardized ramps & pathways.* Meeting and visits with Donar agency, Third Party Auditors, Gov. Education department, internal QA/QC and Community Coordination departments to ensure that construction is being carried out as per specifications and up to complete satisfaction of all stakeholders.* Design, execution and vetting of Plinth protection construction works in schools.* Management and training of staff and contractors on various Retrofitting techniques of existing government buildings including ferro-cementing of masonry walls against seismic failure in 400 schools across Punjab.* Member of Procurement team responsible for tendering and award of contracts to contractors.
