Provide overall leadership and management of the Health Facility Staff Contract Management Project in the designated province/region.
Develop and implement project work plans, ensuring that project activities are executed efficiently and in accordance with the approved HR model.
Monitor and control project budgets, ensuring financial accountability and compliance with donor requirements.
Build and maintain strong relationships with project partners, including the Integrated Reproductive, Maternal, New-born, and Child Health (IRMNCH) Department, Benazir Nashonuma Programme (BNP), World Food Programme (WFP), and the Department of Health.
Act as the main point of contact for provincial-level stakeholders and ensure their active participation and support throughout the project.
Supervise and provide guidance to project staff, including HR Associates and other team members.
Support the professional development of project team members, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to fulfil their roles effectively.

Assess the training needs of nutrition staff; develop a training program to meet these needs; conduct nutrition training for project nutrition staff and MOH counterparts implementing nutrition programs, focusing on all aspects of community-based management of acute malnutrition (CMAM), IYCF and health with the support of the Health and Nutrition Supervisors
Facilitate the development/adaptation of nutrition education training manuals and facilitator’s guide based on existing national nutrition protocols and curricula including training follow-up
Represent International Medical Corps in Health and Nutrition coordination meetings at regional and district levels with the government bodies, international agencies, other NGOs and donors
Create and maintain smooth relations and open collaboration with Government and local stakeholders and serve as the health and nutrition resource person
Identify potential nutrition and nutrition-related projects for development and lead on the concept note or proposal development while liaising with interested partners and stakeholders
Plan and conduct nutritional assessments and surveys following the nationally approved survey protocol and feed assessments results into proposals.
Lead the development of a referral mechanism and communication strategies for referrals between CSCOMs and CSREF health facilities adapted to the local context
Ensure strong linkage of nutrition components with other components of the project such as Health, WASH and disaster prevention and preparedness.
Support the health and nutrition managers and supervisors to establish and maintain reporting systems and data flow mechanisms
Ensure proper functioning of reporting systems for regular assessment, monitoring and evaluation of the program against its objectives and expected results. And conduct critical monitoring of all aspects of Health, CMAM and IYCF programs, and identify areas of concern. Submit workable solutions for identified challenges
Follow up of project implementation to review progress towards objectives through organizing regular review meetings, update and experience sharing meeting among staffs.
Oversight of IMC staff across the field sites. Provide technical support and direct supervision of field site support staff and collaboration with district medical team on proper implementation of the service.

Coordination with DOH, Community, AAP officials and other stake holders.
Establish good relationship with the Taluka and UC authorities and community leaders.

Compile the statistical data (admission, default, cured, absent, death) and draft a report on activities.
Assist Project Staff in the overall planning, supervision, implementation, follow-up, Monitoring and evaluation of the project activities.

Ensure the timely and regular supplies of the health facilities.

Responsible for mobilizing the communities to play an effective role in promoting the Practices related to MCH.
Prepare monthly /quarterly work plan for assigned activities.
Provide support to LHW program in organizing trainings on Support Group methodology.
Support LHW program in monitoring of Support group meetings in LHW’s covered areas.
