I started my work as a Sr. Guest Service Officer but i know about all the operations and i know how to deal the different types of guests and how to handle the situations, how to take good step in difficult situations. Then i learn night reports properly and now i can handle all the shift even alone of 119 room's property.
My responsibilities are checkin and checkout guests with good welcoming, followup about guest's preferences, dealing many kind of guest's compliments and followup from relevant departments, escorts the guests, updating Duty Manager Log Book, making Daily Night Closing Reports, round the hotel and take the points, meet with all other departments staff etc.
My big achievement is this after joining this property as a Sr. GSO, i am working as a proper Night Manager and perfectly performing, i also appreciated from D.H.R and D.R.D

I have started my Hospitality career from 5 start hotel's as a Guest Service Officer. And after one year i moved to another property as a Senior Guest Service Officer. I learn many things from my seniors staffs. I always respect my seniors and also make love with my junior staff.
I was starting as a fresher but after 1 month i did gripe on PMS OPERA.
I know all the responsibilities of a G.S.O, and i can handle cash, guest complaints, followups about guest preferences, requests etc.
My big achievement is this i appreciated from my F.O.M about my learning skills, my talk of way, my work, my observing scenes.

I have worked as a property sale marketing executive & also i was accountant of this company.
My responsibility are cash handling, making reports on daily, monthly and yearly basis. And making salaries of staff, making reconstructions with banks and vendor's.
My achievements are even i was in account department but i sold out a part of land on my struggle. And i also appreciated from my owner.
