Inventory Management Personnel with 10+ years of experience managing all aspects of inventory management and general warehouse operations.
Possess inventory management skills, work independently, deliver timely and accurate results under demanding situation and able to work in cross cultural environment.
Inventory Management
· Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure data integrity in the inventory management system.
· Develop and implement inventory control procedures to track stock movements, reorder points, and safety stock levels.
· Responsible for tracking and shipment of requisite inventory item to desired location in Middle East Region.
· Responsible for / Coordinate with Regional warehouse for monthly, quarterly stock take to identify discrepancies, if any.
· Issuance and tracking of inventory item to Engineers and recovery after job completion.
· Regularly monitor inventory levels and make data-driven decisions to prevent overstocking or stock-outs.
Reporting and Analysis
· Prepare regular reports on inventory levels, stock movement, and inventory turnover.
· Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and potential risks.
. Present findings and recommendations to senior management
Inventory Training Management
· Analysis of signed contract and identify training requirement.
· Make training plans for local and foreign offices (China and Malaysia).
· Arrange training for customers, staff and partners on new equipment usage.
· Coordination with peer departments for training delivery issues.
· Dealing with hotels for training venue arrangements.
· Coordination with customers, trainers and HQ staff in China for visa processing.
Reporting
· Update rolling plan for pending and on-going trainings.
