• Hands on experience on Huawei SOFTX3000, Alcatel SoftSwitch E10 for POTS services in NGN (Next Generation Network).
• Line profile, service profile, DBA profile creation.
• Hands on experience on CRM for performing daily routine works.
• Configuration and Troubleshooting of HUAWEI ONT HG2487 GPON, Alcatel-Lucent 7342, BPON Alcatel 7340 FTTU, DSLAMs Cisco, Alcatel, Zhone and Paradyne.
• Providing technical support to the FTTH users on network level and have done many RCA to find out the root cause of many departmental issues.
• L2/L3 VPNs support and troubleshooting.
• Leading the team to perform at their best as Shift Incharge and making daily progress report of team.
• Direct coordination with local and foreign customers in highly professional way which requires excellent communication skills.
