Planning and Coordination of different activities of Commerce Department in accordance to the prescribed scheme of studies being issued by Board of Technical Education Peshawer and Hazara University.
Make sure and utilize the overall efforts toward proper implementation of rules and regulations regarding Curricular and Extra Curricular activities.
Make it possible to enhance and uplift the skills of Commerce teachers inorder to develop the best students for future.
Arrangement of time table and proper monitoring and evaluation of class activities of each lecturer and prepare their progress report for each month.
Do my best to accompolish the different assigned task well in time in accordance to the entire satisfaction of the College administration.

Updating of monthly Manpower Report in Data Base Sysetm (DBS) of various projects of NLC.
Allotment of HR No to all Category of NLC employees in Human Resource Information System (HRIS)
Entry of PT-II Order regarding extention,promotion,discharge,leave,employment etc in service book of all category of employees.
Verification of educational degrees and experience certificates of newly inducted employees
Preparation of Manpower State of employees deployed at various engineering and construction projects of NLC 
Any other task assigned by the higher authority
