3. Taking of joining from new incumbents and charge relieving orders of relinquishing officials
4. File maintenance of all employees of hospital
5. Record of all enquires of employees of hospital
6. Leave record of employees
7. Adjustment of officials on duty during leave of concerned employee
8. Any other HR related function assigned by A.M.S HR& Finance /MS/P&SHD
9. Responsible to take care of Litigation/ legal issues of hospital (shall ensure all court cases are well attended and all legal matters of hospital are well taken care of)
