I had first join WILDLIFE EXTENSION PROJECT CHITRAL AS ENVIRONMENTAL EDUCATION OFFICER FROM JANUARY 2003 TO JANUARY 2006 WHERE MY DUTIES WERE ESTABLISHMENT OF SCHOOL WILD LIFE CLUBS.DELIVERING LECTURES ON ENVIRONMENTAL ISSUES.ESTABLISHMENT OF VILLAGE CONSERVATION COMMITTEES. AND THEN JOIN LITERACY FOR ALL PROJECT CHITRAL KPK AS COMMUNITY MOBILIZER FROM FEBRUARY 2006 TO APRIL 2007 WHERE MY DUTIES WERE MOTIVATION OF COMMUNITIES TOWARDS LITERACY PROGRAM.ESTABLISHMENT AND MONITORING OF LITERACY CENTERS.AND I PROMOTE TO SUPERVISOR IN LITERACY FOR ALL PROJECT KPK IN CHITRAL APRIL 2007 AND I WORKED ON THIS JOB TILL JUNE 20011 AND THERE MY DUTIES WERE MOTIVATION AND MOBILIZATION TOWARDS LITERACY PROGRAM.ESTABLISHMENT AND MONITORING OF LITERACY CENTERS.TRAINING OF TEACHERS AND FIELD STAFF.DISTRIBUTION OF PAY TO LITERACY FOR ALL PROJECT CHITRAL TEACHERS.and then i get job in Pakistan red crescent society as community mobilizer my major duties are community mobilization and give awareness about disaster and the ways to deal with disaster.Delivering lectures to community health and hygiene and disease prevention.I am the member of district disaster reduction team of Pakistan Red Crescent Society.As a District Disaster i have work in different areas of Chitral identifying the flood victims and give relief to them. I have the experience of Disaster preparedness and mitigation.i have facilitated different CBOES and solves many issues and conflicts.I have arrange and facilitate School Safety program in G.H.S Bumburat Kalash valley.I have form different team like Early Warning team,Evacuation team,First Aid team,Search and Rescue Sociol Organizor Trachoma Project Chitral , Community mobilization, conduct LHSs and LHWs training , mobilization of TT Patients for surgery.
