I have worked with Global Fund program of HIV/AIDS and C19RM Porject and gained extensive experience in planning and developing performance frameworks, implementing activities, devising monitoring tools, SR management and data collection / reporting. I have worked with advanced data management systems and impact analysis, including the use of real-time platforms (NZMIS) to access data for action; Generate strategic information for comprehensive plans and promote the use of appropriate tools and guidelines related to M&E framework. Provide customized inputs to SM for maximum utilization of Social Mobilizers (Monthly work plan).
Evaluate the performance of various sites, and coordinate with the Supervisor to ensure regular capacity building of staff as per need.
Assist in the development, Implementation, monitoring and evaluation of Standard operating procedures (SOPs), protocols, and systems for Plus component services (referrals for ART registration, refills, and re-initiation)
Act as a resource person in the training of field staff and provide input on the dynamics of spot and home settings concerning motivational counseling, refills, and adherence.
Routine oversight
Review of daily service delivery trends of SMZ services through MIS reports and provide inputs and feedback to the field team through emails and phone calls.
Review the achieved targets by work plans and take action for the provision of Plus component services within the required period.
Regularly review & update the performance concerning Program protocols & guidelines and ensure the application of these protocols in the desired manner.
Review SMZ work plans of all Project sites and conduct a comparative analysis in terms of increased access to services.
Regular check on issues and challenges faced by CoPC+ sites with Public sector facilities and propose strategies to mitigate the problems.
Field Visits
Ensure the quality of services provided by SMZ through field visits.
Client files consistency between hard & soft records (baseline investigation, ART registration records, ARV distribution logs, Service delivery sheet, advanced treatments including TB, HCV, and other co-infections)
Conduct periodical client feedback interviews on the efficacy of Plus component services and suggest measures for improvement.
· To monitor all program interventions including the targeted community awareness and mobilization activities;
· To document all the field observation, , gaps and debrief the relevant partner/ program staff and develop an agreed action plan for the findings;
· To carry out follow-up monitoring visits to materialize actions agreed in action plan, also maintain ‘Monitoring-Action Plan Tracker’ at field level;
· To validate and collect program relevant data, ensure data consistency and provide technical backstopping for error free data recording;
· To participate in review meeting.
· To manage Complaint and Feedback Mechanism at district level which facilitates beneficiaries/communities to register complaints and share feedback;
· To assist central/ Provincial M&E unit in developing key compliance/quality questions and minimum standards for monitoring project performance;
· To assist in carrying out baseline surveys, monitoring and assessment exercises when needed;
· To coordinate with the district health department for the smooth implementation of grant activities.

Specific Activities
1. Supervise implementation of project related activities at the project site and oversee financial management of the project.
2. Develop monthly work plans and reports of the project activities for the submission to head office.
3. Conduct regular advocacy sessions with key stakeholders at project site office
4. Review and verify data collected by the Outreach Workers (ORWs) as well as computerized data.
5. Ensure daily data entry by the designated staff in project MIS.
6. Carry out coordination and communication with the project site staff through organizing regular meetings.
7. Maintain record of all project related meetings, delegations and visits etc.
8. Review daily reports of ORWs to identify field related issues and provide feedback to the field staff.
9. Verify stocks, generate demands and spot check supplies of the commodities and pharmaceutical products on regular basis.
10. Maintain good contact and relationship with local police, government authorities and significant members of the community
11. Maintain an updated record of contacts of all police stations, law enforcing agencies, DMG members, local political/religious leaders, medical professionals and other related Government Department.
12. Regularly monitor project activities to identify gaps and weaknesses, to verify the results against set targets and to access service delivery needs
13. Ensure proper utilization, repair and maintenance of capital assets provided to the project site.
14. Ensure proper and effective implementation of administrative procedures.
15. Conduct periodic performance review and evaluation of project site staff.

Assist in preparation of cheques and forward to manager for timely Payments.
Maintain daily and Monthly expense sheet for the project site.
Maintain log books and vehicles repair maintenance record.
Keeps record of assets and updated inventory of assets on regular basis.
Ensure Maintenance of staff related documents, including attendance register, Leave records etc.
