Developing and implementing Daily production Plans to meet the production Target, creating schedules, coordinating resources, and ensuring efficient production processes.
Overseeing the maintenance and repair of production equipments (Protos 90E, MK8s and HLPs) and tools.This includes conducting routine inspections, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating repairs to minimize downtime.
Preventive maintenance,MK8, Protos 90E conversion and Quality improvement. Identifying opportunities for process improvements in SMD and efficiency enhancements in the production system. This involves analyzing production data, conducting root cause analysis, and implementing strategies to optimize productivity, reduce waste, and enhance overall performance.
Providing training to production staff on equipment operation, maintenance procedures, and safety protocols. Participating in project teams for new equipment installation, upgrades, or modifications. Monitoring production costs, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and implementing measures to optimize resource utilization and minimize waste.
Service Engineer
Responsible for the management, performance and efficient running of the building services including Compressed Air, Vacccum lighting, heating, ventilation, plumbing, power supply and energy systems, and safety system.

Responsible for checking and monitoring of Engineering spare/materials recieved and ensure the availability of Engineering materials in the respective working area for maintenance. Assisting Senior Technicians in Installation and Machinery Commissioning services and Over hauling.
Responsible Quality Control and Quality improvement in the Primary Manufacturing .
