I have been working at CERBM (Center of Excellence For Results-Based Management) since 2019, starting as a young professional in the P&D (Planning and Development) department. In this role, our team was responsible for developing the HRMIS (Human Resource Management Information System) for the P&D department. My primary responsibilities included data entry and maintaining the HRMIS system.
Once the HRMIS project was completed, I was promoted to the position of supervisor at CERBM. Alongside my role at CERBM, I also worked in the health department of the Civil Secretariat. In this capacity, I supervised a team of 12 young professionals and was responsible for monitoring their work and troubleshooting issues related to the HRMIS we had developed for the health department.
Continuing my journey at CERBM, I transitioned into the role of a data analyst. I worked on a project involving Geo-tagging and property assessment. As a data analyst, my main task was to clean and analyze the data for the project of geo-tagging, ensuring its accuracy and relevance.
In addition to my work at CERBM, I joined Soft Solution as a front-end web developer. In this role, I primarily focus on working with the WordPress platform, along with Vue.js, Vuetify, and Firebase. My responsibilities included developing and maintaining frontend components, designing user interfaces, and ensuring a smooth and visually appealing experience for website users.
Overall, my professional journey encompasses various roles and responsibilities, ranging from HRMIS development and supervision to data analysis and front-end web development. I have gained expertise in managing data, troubleshooting systems, and developing user-friendly web interfaces using a range of technologies.
