Project - Fresh Women CNIC/Vote Registration Compaign with Collaboration of ECP & NADRADistrict SahiwalJob ResponsibilitiesVisit target communities, identify unregistered women and mobilize them to get CNICsPrepare lists of unregistered women on given formats.Coordinate with Zonal Managers to finalize MRV and NRC visit/facilitation plans.Accompany unregistered women in a safe and dignified manner to MRVs and NRCs and facilitate them for their CNICs registration.Timely achieve monthly and quarterly identification, listing and mobilization targets as agreed with Zonal Manager.In coordination with Zonal Managers, ensure all Means of Verification (MOVs) and data sheets are submitted within the given timelines.Facilitate supervisor in record keeping, data maintaining and cleaning the data hard and soft.Coordinate with social mobiliser for week and monthly data of NIC registration and develop summary reports of social mobilizers progress and Prepare list of identified women as per formats and upload data as per assigned by supervisor and data team.Ensure quality data is uploaded and submitted through proper verification of identification and registration dataKeep electronic record with online sharing facility and ensure security of dataShare data with WEE authorized personnel to update and process data for NIC registration speedily.Work in close coordination with database, quality assurance and training team(s)PMIS Data Entry, Uploading, add records, Verification of RecordsAny other duty assigned by the supervisor.Key Working RelationshipsPosition Reports to Zonal ManagerPosition Directly supervises - NilPosition coordinates with Local authorities of ECP, NADRA, Local Government, Partners
