Promoted from System Coordinator to Assistant Manager Information Services, and later to Business Partner, Business Process Re-Engineering at Evercare Hospital. Successfully replaced a team of five to independently manage the hospital’s HMIS and led process reengineering across all departments of the tertiary care facility.
Led the successful implementation of the hospital’s Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system, ensuring 24/7 system availability.
Re-engineered hospital processes and workflows to align with the new Hospital Information Management System (HIMS).
Designed use cases, gathered user requirements, and managed vendor relations for the hospital’s digital transformation projects.
Played a key role in the implementation of Vicenna Tele Consultation, RHES, and HACIMS systems, streamlining patient management, operations, and billing processes.
Managed application development and led teams in quality control, system testing, and user training. I was responsible for the following applications in Evercare hospital.
Led the successful implementation of a custom-developed HIMS that won the Healthcare Asia Awards 2023 for its deployment in OPD and ER at Evercare Hospital. Played a key role in transitioning from an interim system by managing vendor relations, overseeing application support, and conducting user training. Instrumental in gathering user requirements, ensuring UI/UX quality control, and driving testing and deployment efforts.

Evercare Hospital:  24 February 2020 to date
Joined Evercare Hospital as system coordinator and then promoted to Assistant Manager Info. Services. I replaced team of Five employees who were managing HMIS in the hospital. Since my joining I single handedly managed all below mentioned application alone. I have performed process reengineering for all the departments of a tertiary care hospital processes.

My core responsibilities are to keep HMIS up and running 24X7 seven days a week at user end. Analyze user change requests and present to seniors and after approval get those developed and implement in the hospital. I am part of the team, which is responsible to select new HMIS for the hospital. Developed use cases for the vendors to present their HMIS in the context of developed uses cases. PACS application running in environment. LIS and RIS development planning and developing protocols for its running
