Joined Evercare Hospital as system coordinator and then promoted to Assistant Manager Info. Services. I replaced team of Five employees who were managing HMIS in the hospital. Since joining I single handedly managed all below mentioned application alone. I have performed process reengineering for all the departments of a tertiary care hospital processes.
My core responsibilities were to keep Hospital processes and HMIS up and running 24X7 seven days a week at user end. Analysis of user change requests and process reengineering flow preparations and present to seniors and after approval get those developed and implemented in the hospital. I was part of the team who was responsible for selecting new HMIS for the hospital. My responsibility was to develop use cases for the vendors to present their HMIS in the context of developed uses cases. PACS application running in environment. LIS and RIS development planning and developing protocols for its running.
I was responsible for the following applications in Evercare hospital.

Success Story at Evercare Hospital
Our in house developed application won the Healthcare Asia Awards 2023 for its Successful Implementation in OPD and ER. I played a lead role in the implementation of this project in Evercare Hospital. Before this application, there was an Interim hospital management system in place at Evercare hospital. My role was to support existing applications, user training and support, liaison with off shore vendor, digital app support and functionality. When organization decided to develop its own HIMS I was key player gathering user requirements, quality control of software development, testing, user training and implementation of the project.

Now Complete Process of Evercare hospital designed for hospital’s EMR and created a project flow right from start to end covering the following
