· Formulated SOPs of Admin & HR Management and Security in newly established Socks Division. Handled all administrative aspects of office block, production halls, stores, junk yard, canteen, employee’s Hostel, guests rooms, family accomodation, house-keeping, delegations and horticulture & landscaping of the factory.

· From 2017 to 2019, experienced Leadership, Admin & HR Management, Security, control of mechanical transport fleet and project management as a Commanding Officer of an organization with 500-800 individuals.
· From 2015 to 2017 (Major), worked as Grade 2 Staff Officer in GHQ and undertook responsibilities as staff officer to DG. Managed operational matters, Admin & HR Management, analytical tasks and formulation of operational/ training strategies for further approval from higher authorities.
