Reviews the operation of plant equipment and systems constantly, to minimize unplanned downtime.
Initiates and carries out projects that improve efficiency and/or reduce operating cost.
Monitors the use and inventories of spare parts, maintenance supplies, and equipment and initiates reordering when
necessary.
Maintains and Orginize repairs maintenance shop and Maintenance Workshop.
Prepares reports, analyzes data, and makes recommendations for improving plant operations and solving
maintenance-related problems.
Responsibilities:
Requirement costing, procurement and documentation.
Sizing, initiate designing and engineering calculation verification of projects.
FAT of switchgear (MV & LV), transformer and power cables (MV & LV).
Design meeting with customers/consultants as per project requirement.

Engrossed cold testing in gas engine and RO switchgears.
Creating SLD and layout for demonstration of design solution and testing Unit application.
Provide required clos out information to the client at the end of Project (Record As Built drawing, operation manual)
and make sure project 100% closed out commercially.
Well Knowledge about PLC’s programing.
Assist in the supervision, scheduling and checking feasibility of project at Al abbas steel pvt ltd.
Develop project specific safety programs in coordination with Safety Manager.
Provided general technical support and assist in development of electrical design activities and grid synchronization

Contribute to the maintenance of the highest possible standards of design by maintaining a good working knowledge
of proven building services systems and new developments in Building Services Industry. Undertake project risk
assessments to ensure safe installation and operation.
Ensures that all the works done are in accordance with the approved construction drawings, contract documents,
project specifications, and all applicable standards whether local, national or international standards.
Design, implement, and improve electrical facilities and systems for commercial, industrial, and utility purposes.
Planning and designing power house layout on actual site dimensions
Coordinate all phases of assigned EPC and NON-EPC projects from concept, scope development, written
specifications, bid solicitations, related bid meetings, equipment and facilities engineering/design, manufacturing,
and installation through final start-up, acceptance and project closure.
