Project Micro pilling works to stabilize Existing Foundations of the 23 Kanal Villas in Eighteen IslamabadResponsibilities1.  Supervising the site and report to senior management on a daily basis.2.  Ensuring clients that each & every activity is going on according to drawing and contract as well as with quality.3.  Ensuring that all workers follow HSE rules and supervise them for avoiding any type of damages.4.  Coordinating with clients & consultants to run the project according to the given deadline maintaining quality work.5. Coordinating with the subcontractors and giving them daily targets and monitoring their progress.6. Conducting estimation for pouring concrete and coordinating with ready mix vendors.7. Supervising the site regularly and guiding the subordinates about the strategy of the work to be executed at the site.8. Maintaining daily progress report (DPR) and monthly progress report (MPR) of manpower, machinery and work done at site.9. Solely responsible for dealing with all vendors, contractors, consultants, and visitors. 10.  Inspecting the slump test of concrete, temperature, and compressive strength test of concrete with every pouring.11. Ensuring core cutting of foundation and maintaining record ofcores.12.  Collecting different soil samples and maintaining record for depthof drilling.13. Ensuring proper shear reinforcement, steel lowering according to the proposed drawing and also ensuring that spacers are properlyplaced.14.  Ensuring proper tremie pipe lowering, grouting of piles andmaintaining 7 and 28-days strength records.15. Ensuring proper steel reinforcement, epoxy drilling andshuttering of micro pile cap according to the proposed drawing.16. Ensuring proper concreting of micro pile cap, slump checking,and maintaining 7 and 28-days strength records.

Project Construction of Five villas in Faisal Town Responsibilities1. Managed Five villas at a time, finishing of Four villas and construction of One villa up to grey structure.2. Prepared bar bending schedule of steel.3. Estimation of concrete for pouring, shuttering and required material.4. Planning for execution each activity, and given the target to the concerned person for achieving the target on the given time.5. Ensuring that all activities are executed according to drawing and client satisfaction.6. Prepared agenda about work progress for weekly meetings and shared minutes of meetings with higher management.7. Generating material inspection reports (MIR) and ensuring that all materials are used according to standard specification and agreement.8. Coordinated with the MEP subcontractors to ensure the execution & completion of civil work as per the deadline.9. Preparing the running bill for each contractor separately.10. Supervised the site regularly and briefed the subordinates about the strategy of the workto be executed on site.11. Maintained daily progress report of manpower, machinery, and work at site.12. Coordinated with subcontractors regarding their weekly targets and their progress.13. Coordinated with the planning department ensure that targets are achieved within the project timelines.
