· To monitor and update all customer and guarantors basic credentials and other information in system as per credit file.
· To monitor and ensure completion of post- disbursement formalities (if required) like post disbursement services to the customers of the auto finance customers.

· To manage MCO/RO team for timely recovery of their monthly installments of the branch.
