Responsible for Achieving 100 Volume and numeric target of the distribution/area assigned.
Handling Multiple distributions setups and responsible for achieving primary and secondary targets.
Ensure through regular market visit that all trade offers are being passed on to retailer as per company SOP.
Coaching DSFs, RSRs, Merchandisers by accompaning them in market.
Ensuring availability, Visibility,POSM utilization in the assigned area.
Building long-term relationship in the market.
Maintaining ROIsales history files at assigned distributions.
Motivating and directing the distribution field force in a way to achieve the daily, weekly, monthly sales target.
Job Description
o Execution of given plans and objectives to attain zone and area wise primary and secondary sales, while also delivering on availability targets for all packages
o Supervise and monitor the stocks transactions at all levels against planning and forecasting
o Distribution Management via software to ensure the proper execution of sales operation, ROI, KBI, GTM, and inventory management
o Conducting market surveys and determine market share, sales trends and cultivate relationships in specified areas (own and competitors) with key accounts, wholesalers and retailers
o Resolving customer disputes with help of sales force
o Ensure and control out of stock in the market as well as to the distributor
o Daily market visit to ensure the availability of our product to the shopkeeper. Market visit to solve the disputes and problems of shopkeepers against the delivery of product or Price issue
o Achievement of annual volume & revenue target of Distribution
o Business expansion in existing & new geographies as per instructions
o To perform other related tasks assigned by line manager
