I have done Master in Sociology from University of Sindh Jamshoro & I have more than 8 years extensive and progressively reflective work experience in Community Mobilization and Social Mobilzation & Nutrition with 5 years specifically Community Mobilization and social mobilization and monitoring & Health & Education & wash projects. I have demonstrated competencies of envisioning, planning, coordinating, evaluating and researching education and development projects at national level. I have in-depth knowledge of designing supervision plan, field based monitoring, using participatory approach, planning of mobilization, collected the data and made the reports.

Conduct community mobilization activities of the Project under close supervision of the Project Manager.
Facilitate Community Resource Persons in triggering CLTS/PATS, developing community action plan, with particular focus on school and community activities with women, men and children.
Establish contacts with community stakeholders to strengthen capacity of community groups including village organization/community organization, women groups, and children WASH clubs in schools and in communities; and support CRPs and LHWs.
Provide training assistance to and advise community groups including children WASH clubs, women group, VO/CO and CRPs on project activities; Ensure maximum participation of children, men and women in sub-committees of different thematic programs.
Comply with the requirements of Plan International Pakistan Child Protection Policy to ensure maximum protection for children.
Ensure project targets in terms of ODF in his/her targeted area are achieved and sustained Conduct training sessions for CRP to develop their capacity to implement community mobilization activities especially on PATS/ CLTS.
Conduct initial level capacity building sessions with sub-committees on different thematic areas, program manuals etc.
Develop initial level knowledge of sub-committees, families and child to develop sense of bonding between Plan Pakistan, its mission and community.
Measure the impact of training session through formal and informal processes and identify the needs of refresher trainings.
Conduct the VO/CO/WASH club capacity assessment to develop their capacity building plans during the life of the project.
• Responsible for mobilizing communities an effective role in promoting and protecting rights of the child.
• Responsible to develop detailed village profile of each that organization has selected for its intervention with specific reference to population figures, services and human resource services.
• Responsible for identification and training of Community volunteers in the target communities as well as to supervise their work in communities.
• Responsible for Formation of Basic Structures like as Community Organization (COs) male & female ensuring the inclusive approach of humanitarian intervention.
• Responsible for Formations of Children Clubs for strengthen and promoting child rights approach within children of villages.
• Responsible for enbuiliding coordination and linkages between COs and Government stakeholders present at Union Council level.
• Responsible for effective children participation within all program initiatives.
• Responsible to monitor, identify and refer all child rights violation within their area of work.
• Responsible to ensure that all community based networks are coordinating with each other effectively for timely achievement of common/joint results/objectives.
• Compile monthly progress report on various project activities and submit to field coordinator for preparing consolidated progress for project management Team & Donor.
• Collecting primary level data for situation analysis of community.
• Support survey teams in investigation required time to time in the area.
Work closely with NDS and government staffs in setting up OTP/SFP sites and breast feeding corners at BHU or RHC
Register the cases and provide the necessary treatment and counseling as per National CMAM guideline under technical guidance of Nutrition Coordinator.
Responsible for provision of medical and nutritional treatment for severely and moderately malnourished children at CMAM site.
Summarize the list of absentees/defaulter of OTP/SFP beneficiaries and communicate with Outreach supervisors and community volunteers.
Supervise the Nutrition Assistant for identifying malnourished children.
Educate the mothers regarding the therapeutic food and balanced diet.
Responsible for maintaining proper record of every child enrolled in program.
Work closely with Outreach supervisor to ensure that regular community mobilization and screening done in all targeted villages.
Rescreen cases referred by CRP and ensure that the admission criteria are fulfilled
Make timely supply requisition and maintain proper stock record as well as proper storage of supplies at OTP/SFP sites.
Produce quality weekly and monthly report and submit to district office on time
Ensure that children registered in OTP/SFP sites are properly linked to EPI program based on their immunization status.
Any other relevant tasks assigned by supervisor
