Having 12 years Plus experienc in administration and accounts having strong grip on handling large number of trainees and staff, and my objective is to use my capabailities in an esteemed and dynamic organization to build a sound, Profressive and profession career.
I have 12 years plus experience in administration and people handling with 2 big companies of Pakistan, (MCB Bank & Metro Cash & Carry). I was looking after MCB Training Center, some key responsibilities were as below.
· Dealing with vendors for ongoing order placement/quotations/delivery of goods/bills etc.
· Handling around 200 trainees at a time, also manage their high tea and lunch arrangements.
· Ensures that all appliances, systems, computers, multimedia projectors, and other equipment are in good working.
· Upkeep of office maintenance repairs and services.
· Office record management
· Monthly honorarium data compilation & reporting
· Submission of training bills at the completion of training sessions (both mobile & in-house) & entry in SAP/LMS
· Cash in hand management, balancing and record keeping
· Logistic planning of training sessions (Tea/Lunch order placement and readiness of classroom)
· Feeding of nominations in SAP/TMS as and when received
· Follow up with training coordinators for timely and adequate nominations
· Weekly Announcement of training sessions
· Supervision of Tea boys and housekeeping staff.
· Maintaining attendance and log for the activities of Office and janitorial staff.
· Working with HR Department in the scheduling interviews and documentation.
