Expression of Interest
Over the past eighteen years, I've honed my professional skills, particularly excelling in communication and work ethics. My experience includes efficiently handling client and vendor interactions, as well as adeptly planning and organizing workshops and conferences. Additionally, I possess strong database management and invoice processing abilities.
More recently, I've gained expertise in visa processing, including assessing applications, conducting verifications, and managing administrative tasks within immigration departments. Specifically, I've served as a Visa Case Officer at the Australian High Commission and as an Assistant Visa Officer at the Embassy of Switzerland. In a previous role with the International Migration Organization, I demonstrated dedication and focus as an Administrative Training Focal, effectively managing multiple tasks and projects.
In my capacity as a Senior Admin Coordinator, I've showcased proficiency in managing complex schedules, budgeting, and coordinating travel arrangements. I consistently exceed basic administrative duties by taking on multiple projects simultaneously.
Throughout my career, I've achieved notable milestones, such as successfully planning and executing a major office move, organizing corporate meetings and events for large groups, and receiving a promotion to Senior Admin Coordinator within eight months of employment. I've also earned recognition for my attention to detail, exemplary administration skills, and collaborative approach, receiving a merit raise in acknowledgment of these qualities.
