Warehouse Supervisor. (Aug-2011 to May-2023)
- Physically and administratively managing warehouses (Medical and logistic) medical and non-medical stocks in conjunction with the Line manager and the stock owners and assuming responsibility for the warehouse and its contents
- Regularly checks inventory levels (physical counts), keeps inventories up to date and monitors consumption.
- Supervising the team under my responsibility including the definition and planning of each person's tasks (daily supervision and checking the quality of their work); drawing up working schedule and organizing and leading team meetings.
- Implement good distribution practices (GDP) for medical warehouse and all incoming & outgoing shipments from medical warehouse.
- Regular reporting on stock situation and key performance indicators to line managers and stock owners
- Implementation and maintenance of the cold chain and temperature control.
- Planning and supervising on a day-to-day basis the Warehouse and Stock Management activities in the project or capital, ensuring compliance of MSF standards, protocols and procedures.
- Ensuring that all necessary tools and management procedures are in place in order to avoid stock ruptures, losses (expiries, damages due to bad storage conditions, temperature breach) and excess stocks. - Checking, recording and arranging the goods received and ensuring the availability of a wide range of items for various projects and departments (medical supplies, food, spare parts, tools, equipment, etc.)
- Ensuring that all items are well organized and correctly stored according to their specificity, well protected, fully identified and easily accessible (cleanliness, security, access, etc.)
- Supervising, in close coordination with the HR department, the associated processes (recruitment, training/induction, evaluation, potential detection, development and communication) of the staff under my responsibility in order to ensure both the sizing and the amount of knowledge required

- Ensuring storage, stock management and supply processes, as well as hygiene and security procedures, tools, and protocols (controlling pests and rodents), implementing appropriate quality controls and records, in order to ensure good storage conditions (temperatures, humidity and light exposure) and availability of drugs and medical material, according to MSF protocols, national regulations and in cooperation with the logistics department.
- Coordinating the delivery, reception and recording of international and local orders, in close coordination with the logistics and medical department, updating stock files and informing line managers on their status (shortfalls, over-stocking, expiry dates, sleeping stock, rupture-Pre-rupture), in order to permanently ensure security stock levels and ensure efficient management of stock.
- Ensuring efficient supply to other projects managed/supported by MSF according to orders and stocks and using cold chain when needed.
- Recording all items (medical & Logistic) received and issued in computer (Unifield, Isystock,Logistics7 and Q4 etc.)
Supply Chain Supervisor (Interim) Flood emergency. (Sep-2022 to Dec-2022)
- Planning, establishing and reviewing the supply activities in the capical including its budget, in order to identify and optimize the response to the needs of the mission and the targeted population.
- Monitoring and ensuring the efficient and smooth running of the activities i.e. order processing, local purchase management, physical (warehousing) and administrative (management of movements) stock management, freight management, supply administration and implementation of standard supply tools (Unifield, Q4, etc.)
- Sharing relevant data to the owners of the stock in the project (expired drugs, risk of shortages, stock reports, lead time, pipeline, etc.).
- Monthly Meetings with all the departments in order to keep supply align for the smooth flow of information and goods flow as well.
Warehouse Manager. (Sep-2016 to Dec-2016 Juba -South Sudan)
- In collaboration with the Supply Chain Team Leader defining the Warehouse and Stock Management activities and planning the annual budget in order to identify and optimize the response to the needs of the mission and the targeted population.
- Monitoring the implementation of the Warehouse and Stock Management activities, following up of the medical and logistics stocks, ensuring compliance with MSF standards, protocols and procedures, and reporting to the line manager on the development of the ongoing projects.
- Ensuring all equipment and premises are adapted to the proper storage of goods in compliance with the customer's requirements and Good Distribution Practices
- Ensuring that physical and administrative management of the products inside the warehouse are properly managed in conjunction with the owners of the stocks (SOPs, flow management, IS warehousing tool, inventories…)
- Ensuring the safety and the security for goods and people inside and outside the premises under my responsibility
- Analysing monthly/quarterly warehouse data, identifying problems, and proposing solutions to line manager, owners of stocks and pharmacist.
- In collaboration with the HR Coordinator, participating in the planning and implementation of HR associated processes (recruitment, training, briefing/debriefing, evaluation, detection of potential, development and communication) of the staff under his/her responsibility in order to ensure both the sizing and the amount of knowledge required to correctly perform all supply activities pertaining to his area
- Ensuring technical support for his area of activity and providing coaching to staff under my responsibility. Managing team and elaborating their activities planning (Warehouse supervisor, storekeepers and log-helpers.)

Medical Warehouse Storekeeper. (May- 2007 to July-2011)
- Receiving orders and deliveries, identifying potential disparities against cargo manifest or others and reporting them, and stores materials in accordance with the system in force, in order to ensure continuous availability
- Ensuring good storage conditions of all medical items in Warehouse in accordance with pharmaceutical standards in order to ensure continuous availability.
- Preparing orders of the different projects ensuring proper packaging and dispatching and reporting any anomalies or changes in consumption patterns to the Pharmacy Supervisor. Informing Pharmacy Supervisor as soon as stock reaches alert limit.
- Monitoring temperature in the warehouse /Cold chain fridges twice a day and ensuring that products requiring cold chain are suitably stored and transports received, stored, and prepared and transported appropriately according to MSF Supply and Cold Chain protocols.
- Controlling warehouse limited access to authorized personnel and ensuring doors and other exits are secured.
- Ensuring correct fill in entries on the stock cards and database(ISY STOCK)
- Following up stock levels with regards to alarms thresholds, stock out, expiry dates and drugs to expire in the following 6 months. Preparing reports and passing it to the supervisor
- Daily Management of Islamabad Warehouse under the supervision of Pharmacist/ MEDCO
- Correct stock management as per MSF protocol (correct shelving of drug per category-expiry date first in-first out)
- Proper labeling of shelves and shelving according to MSF stander list.
- Content reception of InternationalMSF Supply Freights/Local Purchases and picking/ orders for different projects (OUT).
- Carry out the Physical Inventories as per chronogram.
- Elaboration of standard list for drugs, medical material, Surgical equipment, laboratory reagents. Diagnostic equipment etc.
