Experienced incumbent having 6.5 years’ experience in field of Administration & Procurement.
Qualified M.Phil in Business Administration from Superior University in 2017.
Proficient in the use of ERP, MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Having strong command on English language (Reading, Writing, listening).
Experience in leading a team of 200-250 persons.
Oversee & supervise the general housekeeping & administration at head office
Manage day to day companywide administrative operations in areas such as transportation, logistics, facilities management, repair and maintenance
Manage all procurement at head office and ensure that all inventory is being properly managed
Purchase goods, equipment and process invoices
Processing of Stationary, Fuel, Diesel and other demands
Organizes and facilitates meetings, conferences, and other special events
Booking of hotels, Air tickets as per company’s events requirements
Maintain effective relationships with local authorities
Look over staff attendance and all administrative assignments
Undertake & execute special assignments/tasks delegated
Oversees and administers the day-to-day activities of the office
Develop and implement housekeeping systems and procedures
