ARD are to:- schedule training sessions (Basic Teacher Education Course) in consultation with theRegional Director- assist in arranging Induction of Principals/ conducting Principals’ Induction Course(PIC)- timely inform the concerned schools/ individuals about the training planned/ organizedby the APSACS Secretariat- select a suitable training venue for APSACS Internal / External Trainings and ensurethat the required arrangements are made and equipment is available- help the Regional Trainers to create training support material when required- maintain record relevant to training (attendance, feedback, post training report etc.)- collate details from feedback form and carry out analysis- nominate teachers as per the eligibility criteria for APSACS Courses- prepare Post Training Report and send to APSACS Secretariat- oversee INSET in schools- handle any other task associated with organizing and scheduling training sessions
