DES is a multi–discipline company dealing in industrial and mining sector of Pakistan providing services in collaboration with international companies.
Responsibilities/Duties
• Design itinerary of foreign Principals sales team and arrange meetings with relevant authorities.
• Develop strategic sales plan for the mining and cement industry with the collaboration of foreign principal’s team.
• Perform an initial review of the tender documents to establish the scope of work, schedule and identify internal/external stakeholders.
• Assist the PM in the processing of project proposals, RFP’s, tenders, budgets, cash flows and preliminary schedules.
• Establish a tender team incorporating all internal/external stakeholders.
• Ensure that all relevant data and information compiled during the tender development phase is considered and made available to all tender team members.
• Develop clarifications, tender submittal, and post-submittal clarifications.
• Effectively and accurately communicate relevant project information to the client and project team
• Writes contracts and purchase orders to document all ordered work, schedules, projected costs, change orders and technical specifications.
• Liaise with Client and/or tender team to clarify any item that are unclear and establish the outline and the strategy for the bid.
• Visiting cement plants to ensure performance of supplied/installed refractory and equipment’s.
• Preparation of presentations and documents for international sales conferences and meetings.
