Record Passanger's Drop Off Address
Calculate Estimated Fare
Assign Cab to 1st availble Cab in line
Hanle and report Complain, Suggestion and Accident to management.
Job Responsibility
Insert customer and account data by inputting text based and numerical information from source documents within time limits
Compile, verify accuracy and sort information according to priorities to prepare source data for computer entry
Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities if possible and check output
Research and obtain further information for incomplete documents
Apply data program techniques and procedures
Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations and perform backup operations
Scan documents and print files, when needed
Keep information confidential
Respond to queries for information and access relevant files
Comply with data integrity and security policies
Ensure proper use of office equipment and address any malfunctions
Keep informed of current practices and techniques relating to school programs.
School Organization and Staffing
Establish appropriate procedures for the control of all school textbooks, materials, equipment, etc.
Participate with the HR in the selection of professional, clerical and support staff.
Maintain or direct the maintenance of other records and files, and the preparation and submission of reports as required.
Hold regular staff meetings for the purpose of discussing educational and administrative matters.
Greet, communicate with and welcome customers
