• O&M of 16.50 MW 5 x 620 GE Jenbacher gas engines at IPP Shikarpur power Pvt Ltd.
• O&M of J320 x 7 GE Jenbacher gas engines at Bestway cement ltd chakwal.
• O&M of 4MW Cummins diesel engines x 4 (C1400 D5) at Unilever Pakistan Rahim yar Khan.
• Managing preventive and corrective maintenance schedule with proper documentation and reduced downtime and increased plant availability.
• Make shift smooth operation reports. Responsible for stock management.
• As a safety officer profound electrical hazard and electrical shock.
• Extra role as a safety officer to establishing work permit & LOTO system for safety of men and machines.
Application Engineer
PROJECTS:
• Installation and commissioning of Main compressor with 200HP motor at OGDCL Qadirpur Gas field.
• Installation and commissioning of fire alarm system at Parco Mehmoodabad.
• Turnaround project management 2015 at UCH Power Station Dera Murad Jmali. Modification, Overhauling & testing of gas turbine blower motors.
• T/A project 2015 at Fauji Fertilizer Company Goth machi. Installation & Maintenance of vibration/speed probes (Bentley Nevada) of compressors Hall area
Responsibilities:
• Project monitoring and responsible for installation, erection, testing of electrical and Instruments works with company safety roles.
• Also working as sales engineer and making of Quotations,Proposal,Invoices.
• Manage project site and develop daily progress report and maintain documentations.
• Coordinated with the Contractor and clients and informed them about progress
Instrument Engineer
• Supervise the calibration of Gas Turbine different apartment’s Instruments like PT, LT, PS, LS, and TS in turnaround 2014 at UCH power Station.
• Insure the safety on site.
• Maintain documentation for client.
Electrical Supervisor
• Supervise Electrical works like panels works, motor, submersible pump overhauling & rewinding at workshop and project management on site at Fauji Fertilizer Company like keeping record of manpower, safety talks, maintain documentations, give estimation.
