• Dealing with municipality issues
• Fully understanding about Contract Documents including conditions, specifications, Bills of Quantities and drawings.
• Ensuring adequate safety standards on site and protection to existing services, complying with the safety requirements of both the Establishment and the Client.
• Understanding work objectives, to handle available resources, to establish priorities and to apply a methodical approach in thinking through, planning and arranging to carry out assignments.
• Attend meetings with the Client / Contractor and coordination meetings with the various service departments.
• Monitoring the progress of the works and meet the work targets as per the programmers, charts and critical paths approved by the Management.
